We now have a pool table upstairs.  Under clubhouse rules, it states that no one under the age of 13 shall be allowed to play.  In addition, since the upstairs is limited to members only and the table is located upstairs, guests will be allowed to play only when accompanied by a member.  During functions and parties, the upstairs is off limits to everyone except members.

Over/under rings on the register-If you have an over/under ring on the register, please leave a note (in the register drawer)

detailing the error.  This will help Becky Collins & Tim Rohlf when they balance the register.

There is to be absolutely no alcohol purchased outside of the club and then brought in to drink.  This jeopardizes our liquor license.

Smoking is not permitted inside the club!

Kitchen rules:  if you use the kitchen, you are responsible for the clean-up.  This includes:  washing and putting away all dishes, cleaning the ovens and stovetop, marking or removing all leftover food and sweeping & mopping the floor.  You are welcome to use the roasters, but after you have cleaned and dried them, they are to be stored back upstairs.

I.O.U’s are not allowed in our cash register.  

Feb. 24, 25 & 26 2012-Winter Games-This year’s theme is TV Families.  The games will be held at the Grand Hotel on Brandywine.  You can start reserving your room(s) Nov. 15 2011.  Contact information will be posted on the bulletin board.
